Leicestershire Cricket Club, founded in 1879, is a professional cricket club based in Leicestershire, England. The club has a rich history and is one of the county clubs in English cricket. It officially became Leicestershire County Cricket Club in 1879 and joined the "first-class" group of counties in 1895.

The club has played significant matches against other prominent cricket clubs such as Nottingham Cricket Club and Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC). Known as the Leicestershire Foxes in one-day matches, the club has a strong presence in limited-overs cricket as well. The club currently has a vacant coaching position.
